Responsibilities

• Provide eyewear consultations and frame styling
• Take accurate PD and fitting measurements
• Dispense, adjust, repair, and troubleshoot eyewear
• Contact lens sales and education
• Deliver excellent patient service and build relationships
• Collaborate with optometrists and clinic staff
• Maintain accurate records 
• Support inventory management & product ordering
• Follow clinic policies 

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of lenses, frames, coatings, & technologies
• Dispensing experience is an asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient-focused, friendly
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and a team player
• Optical software/EMR experience is an asset
