Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide eyewear consultations and frame styling
- Take accurate PD and fitting measurements
- Dispense, adjust, repair, and troubleshoot eyewear
- Contact lens sales and education
- Deliver excellent patient service and build relationships
- Collaborate with optometrists and clinic staff
- Maintain accurate records
- Support inventory management & product ordering
- Follow clinic policies
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of lenses, frames, coatings, & technologies
- Dispensing experience is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient-focused, friendly
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and a team player
- Optical software/EMR experience is an asset
